Shifts
There are 3 shift timings of 8 hours each, which employees can opt for according to their convenience. Employees can request shift change when necessary.

M2’s cutting-edge medical transcription technology is supported and maintained by a well-trained and dedicated technical support team. They are on-hand 24 x 7 to control and manage all the aspects of file transfer and flow, to provide a seamless interface between the client and the transcription teams in all the different M2 centers.
An efficient Support Cell takes care of all client requests, and provides technical support to the home based transcribers 24x7. |

The Communication protocol committee takes care of all liaisons between a new client to smoothen the initial stages of a new account with regard to clinic protocols and other myriad requirements.

Team leaders
M2 has a system wherein all employees are divided into teams, under the able guidance of Team leaders. The team leader is entrusted with numerous responsibilities including decisions regarding work management within the team. The Team leader motivates and looks out for the welfare of the team members, grooms new employees, and promotes specialization on various clients. |

Having the M2 Software department under the same roof is an advantage and luxury few MT companies can boast of. Quality Assurance
A dedicated team works on Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures to ensure the M2 delivers quality medical documents. M2 has developed its very own QA/QC tool which can deliver instant Quality Assessment report on any document done by M2. Transcribers and editors are assessed on a daily and monthly basis to ensure that AAMT standard of quality is maintained and individual Quality Reports issued.

Skills-building
Knowledge is not allowed to rust in M2. All transcribers and editors participate enthusiastically in transcription related training exercises, quizzes, crosswords and simple tests which keeps them intellectually stimulated and so that the learning process never stops. In addition, there are periodic tests to evaluate aspiring editors from the transcription level.
