Most dictation software in the industry lacks support for the wide spectrum of dictation devices available in the market, where as some fails to provide you with the essential features required in a dictation software. We brings to you the sophisticated dictation software called Dictation Manager that smartly addresses all your dictation requirements.

Dictation Manager , accepts your dictations through Microphone attached to your PC or other handheld devices like Sanyo ICR B-5000, Olympus DS-3000 etc. Dictation Manager provides the client almost all standard playback controls. You can listen to your dictation and if unsatisfied just re-record it again. Once the dictation is over the recorded files will be routed the concerned transcription house automatically. The client can review, edit, sign, print, e-mail and fax the transcribed document.

Dictation Manager supports 128-bit PKI base encryption and HIPAA standards ensuring 100% security to your documents. GSM compression facility of Dictation Managers maintains high quality sound to your dictations.

TeleScriber
TeleScriber is an inexpensive system to collect dictation from clients through telephone. To work with the TeleScriber you are required to install a telephone card in your PC. Dial to the TeleScriber system from your telephone and the Interactive Voice Response will guide you through the various phases of dictation.

To work with the TeleScriber you are required to install a telephone card in your PC. Currently TeleScriber supports only D/4PCI card of Dialogic Corporation (Intel). This card interprets commands from your telephone and forwards it to the TeleScriber system. All these operations are transparent to the user, thanks to the advanced Interactive Voice Response mechanism implemented in TeleScriber.

TeleScriber supports auto generated Personal Identification Number (PIN) and password (only digits). This system enables more than one person to dictate at the same time to the same place as it contains more than four channels. So you don't have to wait for another dictation to finish. TeleScriber provides the option to record a dictation, play back and modify it, if necessary, before sending it for transcription. You can also review and modify the previously recorded dictations.
